The most intriguing thing about this book is its title.  Catherine had warned me years ago that Hiaasen was a nothing writer.  I should have listened to her advice.

Skinny Dip is almost as bad as Digital Fortress, but not quite.  The characters are very two-dimensional.  However the story moves along and is not totally predictable.  It is best if it is read at a torrid pace.  So it would be a good beach book.  It takes so little concentration that it was a perfect hospital book.

For normal reading, I can't recommend it.
